Congratulations to Tanya Kindel of Pittsburgh, PA for having the winning ticket for our annual quilt raffle. Tanya's grandmother-in-law, Zelienople Historical Society Life Member Lois Mignogna, gave her the ticket in a Christmas card. The 2010 Calendar is being created. Events will be announced as soon as this is completed. The date of the Spring Tea has already been determined; it will be held on April 24, 2010. History Club meets the first and third Saturdays of each month in the Lester Mohr Library at Passavant House, 243 South Main Street in Zelienople. Meetings begin at 10:00 A.M. and last until about noon. We take occasional field trips to other local museums and historical sites. Call the office at 724-452-9457 for details. There is no cost or obligation. Zelienople Historical Society now has several ways to keep up. The Zelienople Historical Society office is open 9:00 A.M. - 12:00 P.M. Monday through Friday. Tours begin at 9:30 A.M.; advance notice is appreciated.
